You forgot to explain what was his ambitions he wanted to get rid of the concept of death, yes every life in the human world, soul society and hueco mundo were living their lives in fear of death yhwatch wants to get rid of that By merging all worlds together and at the end of the series and the manga aizen explained why people have to live in fear death so they can seek hope even if it means they might fear for their lives but how do people keep moving forward even if it means they live in fear, there's a special word we all call COURAGE.

To be fair, Yamamoto never faced the Almighty. Yhwach had it in the past, we saw it, but, for some reason, he didn't use it in the war against OG, that's why he lost back then. The anime didn't show it in his eyes and there's no way he would have lost to them with it. In the present, Yhwach used tricks like the clone and the medallion to finish Yamamoto, that's it, even if he stated he was pitiful, he valued his power. My opinion, he would have been in trouble, or even lost, against Zanka no Tachi, that's why he played like this, but on other hand, as we saw later with Ichibei, he still haven't regained the Almighty. With his broken hax, possibly nobody can defeat him, even if Kubo choose good counters to that power.

I hope so, but Yhwach was the final villain of the manga. The fact that the story continues years later, won't change this. Sorry if I say these examples, but Buu was the FV of Dragon Ball, no matter if it had movies, GT and Super later on. Hades was the FV of Saint Seiya, no matter if it had Tenkai-hen, ND, Omega and EGA as sequels in the years. Kaguya was the FV of Naruto, no matter if followed by new guys in novels or Boruto. Bleach had already Tokinada as villain after TBYW in the novels, who knows who in Hell, but this don't change the role of Yhwach as the biggest and final threat in the main story.

I would at least say that the only way to get him is to find a way to deceive (basically an ability that lies about its own future or hides its future somehow like nullification maybe) the almighty ability of foresight on different possibilities. And using another of his abilities of absorbing different powers and reishi, but sneak a hollow in there as well, a very powerful one. Cloaked in some other type of reishi. Essentially poisoning the cup he drinks from that he uses in order to gain power. I know it's probably a wild idea of a sort but essentially sacrifice for a larger gain? I mean Ichigo is an ideal candidate for learning how to do that. But again just a wild idea.

Yhawch and sternritter J can absorb hollow reiatsu. Yhwach absorbed zangetsu and the so called complete soul annihilation of hollow by Quincy abilities is only from the point of view of Shinigamis.

Your right about Aizen and Yhwach, but I the Aizen’s mistake was that he didn’t think to incorporate Quincy’s DNA or power in his quest for more power or his step into god hood. I think if he added all 4 elements like human, quincy, soul reaper, and hollow (north, south, east, and west) then he would have become a god and beat ichigo in they’re fight. But it’s the fact that he looked down on humans and quincys as being weak or inferior to soul reapers and hollows. Now this is all just my opinion but if he added all 4 then he would have surpassed Yhwach by far in power cause he would have broken all barriers to have no limits to his power. Just look at ichigo, all 4 in 1 born.

Why do so many people think Yhwach lost in the manga? He knew all futures so he must've seen the future where he gets cut down by Ichigo, we know Yhwach promised Ichigo to kill him at his most joyful moment in life if he came to battle with him and Ichigo did, Yhwach must've known this would've happened far before he even interacted with Aizen, I would argue that Yhwach won and most just don't know it yet. edit: I know he had that dream of getting cut down by Zangetsu, but even so he can still change the future, even the ones in which he died if a future Yhwach in a different time line decides to take that dream seriously and tries to change it, which is guaranteed out of an infinite amount of "futures" to happen, I highly doubt Yhwach is gone.

I have a theory that Yhwach would still be the villain at the hell arc, remember the fact that Yhwach never died and was only sealed to become the new SK *TEMPORARY* Ichibei stated in cfyow that they can only hold Yhwach for 100years after that Yhwach would probably break free from the seal. Also he literally placed a fragment of his remaining reiatsu at the seretei (which is probably not random but intentional) he probably foresaw his defeat and placed his remaining reiatsu for Kazui to absorb making him the *vessel of Yhwach* remember Yhwach was said to give powers with a single touch on him and everyone who touched is basically just a part of him now so my theory is Yhwach would probably be reborn by Kazui or Kazui would just help Yhwach escape.

Thanks for the video! Your research is usually pretty spot on when it comes to these kind of videos but i want to point out a mistake in this one. Yhwach does not have the "Almighty" as his schrift, in fact the "A" schrift is the antithesis that he gives to Uryu when he joins him. He obtains the power of the Almighty after Ichigo kills the soul king and he absorbs the rest of his fathers soul/power. The rest of the Soul Kings power was absorbed previously in the 2nd invasion of Soul Society. Basically he doesn't have the full power of the almighty until after he has absorbed the entirety of the Soul King. Really appreciate the awesome content as always!

Bleach power sets are adorably ambiguous and at the same time specific enough. But you can't look at its world through the prism of science-fiction, more like mythology. Even Dragon Ball world has more modern, Western references: Gods exist, but they are bound by human-like hierarchy, and policy. Bleach takes its religious universe more seriously, but that also made it less reliatable(?). Seemingly, a character can train all its life to meet a villain who can rewrite the future with its black goo powers.

Vollständig is breaking the limitations of reishi manipulation by attaching a satchel of reishi that is so dense it increases the the reiatsu within an attack by drawing reishi directly from it. Think of the dense reishi as a battery or amplifier. Yhwach doesn't need that. The vollständig was actully possible only through his power imbued in the zeichen technology which allows the zeichen itself to draw in more reishi so the quincy's power doesn't get pressured. This man can pretty much be in a vollständig-like state or greater at all times. Letz stil is birthed from an extreme training that causes a quincy to naturally be far beyond the norm of quincy in reishi manipulation. The sanrei glove acts opposite to the quincy cross and repells reishi which means that being able to keep the bow intact for 7 days is a vigorous method to increasing a quincy's power. Since the glove repells reishi, taking it off allows the quincy to finally take in as much reishi as they can due to the training. This is too much for a quincy so they use up all their power soon after. Obviously Yhwach is far beyond this level naturally so you can think of his attacks as beyond vollständig/letz stil. His soul is kinda what a letz stil soul would look like, only much much greater so vollständig isn't required. He is also the exception to taking a hollow's power since his method of taking powers is by transposing the ability itself into pure reishi. He can actually do this to projectile attacks too like when he threw Ichigo's gran rey getsuga back at him. No matter how crazy and broken you think he is, he's somehow more deadly than that.
