Currently watching this while getting over some sciatic nerve surgery. It's going to feel crappy having to lighten my weights considerably for awhile, might have to substitute certain exercises for safety, but I know if I work and work intelligently, I can get back at least 90% of what I had. Cheers to all that won't let some time under the knife slow em down 🤘

I just love these videos. I have nothing to prove but I just love these videos puts me in a good mood quickly and motivates like crazy even shopping lol. I am going to make these as simple and easy as possible for you guys, ready? If you train for an hour and above and feel pain at the same time feel your chest will jump out then you trained enough. If after you are not gaining the hard earned muscle then guess what, YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH. Listen closely, don't count your calories. If your maintaince is 3,000 for example and you train for two hours, do you really think that 3,000 will be enough now? Not a fucking chance! You up that bitch up to 1,000 calories with your protien of course better be eating your protien.
@bluephenix69577 жыл бұрын
Marcus Bryan fucking right but man it resume the reality I see guys in my gym that stay the same over years because they don't fucking work hard enough I listen to this speech before every workout and then killing my muscles down
@entitiessoul7 жыл бұрын
Exactly bro hard fucking work! What I accomplished was hard work, being a "jerk" by not talking or looking at anyone. Wearing my hoodie and hat earphones inside my jacket and hard ass work. I don't count the minutes or sets. I count how much pain and how pumped my muscles are. I count if I am SO sore that lifting my muscles or using them is beyond DOMS aka building muscle 100%. This shit ain't hard bro as in building what is hard is continuing (really). Once you learn to ignore the "gurus" and find out what works for YOU then the magic will begin and the weight will come on like tumble weeds growing. What works for me is high reps light/moderate/heavy weight. But my "heavy" isn't what a typical heavy set is. 30 and above is light, 20 is moderate and 15 is heavy. This is what gave me this body. If I never listened to myself and my body and ignoring everyone and everything I would never be here. Remember brother, find what works for you, and make sure to ignore everyone else even me or anyone. Good luck and here's to achieving your dream body.
