Probably cuz the point where Max activates it is visible. In a FPS game you won't be able to see ut that easily, but in Brawl Stars it is a topview game so you can see ut from behind walls.

It needs to be reworked to where it can be manually activated by tapping the gadget button a 2nd time. However, create a limitation radius of about 10 or 11 tiles.

The gadget doesnt work properly, coz people know where u will get teleported and times their attack at that spot. Hence, leaving you ded. A improvement in that gadget will be to remove all the indications _(ur teleportation point, whether you have activated the gadget or not, i.e the ring above your head)_ for the enemies. So that the gadget can be used to surprise the enemy.

The gadget really needs a buff for 2 reasons: the delay was too much that you haven't teleported yet, you are dead The second reason is other brawlers can camp you at the teleporter, especially shelly, bull, darryl,..

Maybe an option to reactivate it after 3 seconds so you have actual control over it? Balance the time depending on the strenght. Sort of like a different flavor of 8-Bit's gadget. But then, Max would just have 2 gadgets almost identical to other brawlers so it might not be as much fun.

@@ninjallama7456 That sounds like a second life and a sneaky teleport, nothing that powerful has really ever been in the game. What you described is both 8-Bit's abilities but the respawn got nerfed out of existence and the teleport has an obvious destination. It would be a nightmare if Max can just pop the gadget in a nearby bush (especially with help from Leon's gadget), pop out and burst you, you kill him (or her, can't remember) but Max just pops out again and finishes you AND your teammate cause Max's damage potential is not that low.

This gadget is actually really cool, because you can use it for healing, or for movement (and if you get really lucky, sometimes both). An example of how you can use it to move is when an opponent is hiding behind a wall, you use your gadget and walk to the other side of the wall to cover both sides at once. I prefer this gadget on maps where you can guarantee fights at certain times in certain places, such as hotzone and gem grab.

I remember when hold the trophy was in the game, i was playing a match with max using this gadget, the enemy team got control and we coudn't pick the trophy, but we got to kill the whole enemy team, but we also died, and the trophy was on the enemy side, i got to reach there in time and used a gadget and a super to pick the trophy and trow it to me before they could get it, probally the best gadget i used

It can be really op if you use it right, ex: Passing yourself the ball in brawl ball, basket brawl, saving the goal in volleyball, taking the throphy in Thropy thieves, putting a mini spawn point in duos to fight a thrower With your super without dying, and many more.

A good rework would be to remove the timer on the gadget and to just have it there on the map, and if an enemy or ally were to step on the teleportation pad they would be teleported to where you are. It sounds just as unpredictable as it was before but it should definitely provide some great plays.

I think the reason why pipers are jumping straight up because they don't have time to drag to their desired direction. dragging would waste a couple of milliseconds when they are ambushed or rushed too fast without noticing at first other than pressing quickly, juking them would also waste their super just to panic just like in 2:06
