I have a crush since I was 9 years old, he is bigger than me for 10 years. Sounds strange right? Our family are so close and he treat me just like I’m his little sister. My mum even allow me to stay overnight at his house in my childhood. That was one of the best time in my life. When I’m 14, he moved away to Canada. Still we will send some postcards or txt each other to keep contact, but at that period I already stop falling so hard for him. And I thought that is the end between us :’) Now I’m turning to 18, Last month he came back to our home town, he asked me out for dinner and I said yes. We talked a lot just like how we used to. In the middle I asked why he would came back. He told me he’s going to be married on late August. He and his fiancé are planning to move to here and stay. I was stunned, but congratulates from my deep heart to him. He asked me for helping him to hold the wedding, saying I’d def be the best helper ever, and his fiancé will love me too. I nodded and tell him “Well, I’ll think about it” I asked further questions like how do they met, what kind of person is she, and how they would walk together til now getting married. He said they had a baby, just 2 months ago, I was so shocked and it just like a double whammy to me. “Holy, you’re joking right? That was fantastic!!! Congratulations😭🎉” I can’t believe I said smth like that while I just want to cried atm. After talking some details, I went back home by saying I got smth else to do. I cried the whole way along home on the bus, I’ve never been so blue and depressed. I don’t know what to do next, it was so weird. Knowing I can’t be like that anymore, I decided to give him up before the wedding. I told myself before that I can’t fall in love with someone who have a gf or married. But, but I can’t, he is just so special. After a week, I’ve been settled down and overthink a lot, I don’t want to have any regrets, so I agreed to help. Turns out it’s a good decision, I became friend with his fiancé. She was so nice, such a sweet person. She is so pretty, those blue eyes, I bet thats one of the reason he fall in love with her. Fun fact, she have the same name with me call Chloe, that’s destiny I guess. I told one of my friend that is bigger than me 7 years, he told me about his experiences, tons of advices, I think I’ve truly know about him after these little cheat chats. I can’t deny, he is kinda sweet :) He call me right away when I’m sad, “I don’t care you need me or not, I’m always here, just for you.” I always say smth similar to other person or my friends, but never received back, maybe that’s how adults called being loved? That feels so good, even better than having a crush on someone, someone who you can’t be yours. It’s undeniable that having a crush on someone feels so special, but trust me, finding someone loving you more than you do is another feel, sometimes it feels tough that someone you loved doesn’t love you back, or maybe you don’t even know he does or not, if you feels that you and him/her won’t make it, try to move on to another one, you might find someone much worthy for❤️
