I know this is 2 1/2 years old now but thanks for the motivational video! I was wondering, do you have a specific diet plan or regiment you follow, the technicals of training/progression isn't really much of an issue for me but I have a hard time finding a diet plan that will let me drop some of these kg's, stay lean and feel good at the same time.
