I started off using sleep hypnosis + theta or delta brainwave frequencies during my sleep time for about 3 months. I then moved to create my mind movies as I don't like vision boards as much (watched mind movies in the morning and before bedtime). Around 6 months later I started to have the feeling that I am going to get all the things I was affirming for. So I let go (stopped the self hypnosis and stopped watching my mind movies) Something kept telling me, "if you already have these things why are you watching mind movies and I said " oh that's true" lol Once I let go and trusted my desires will manifest, I started to attract money and bought my first house. The government kept sending me tax refunds apparently I paid too much tax over the years 😂😂 Then I had a large win on the lottery. Although I manifested financial freedom among other things, I did and still continue to experience that doubting voice but now it's easier to ignore the voice and just keep affirming for the next desires I want to experience!.. I hope justin doesn't mind me sharing this, check out Erin Lyons she gives alot of insights on how to create abundance effortlessly as your birth right 😊

I can get so far into my imagination it's extremely fun for me because I can almost forget where I'm at! Intentional manifestations does take years sometimes and it does happen subtly too sometimes where you dnt even notice at first until you look around or just think...damn this is what I wanted! We bought a house and one day I said damn this porch is exactly what I kept picturing in my mind, the style of the porch even the way I was standing on the porch!!
