I love how guns in xDefiant actually have very clear iron sights like the good old COD games. I hate how in games like MWII and MWIII it's so much harder to use iron sights in terms of visibility.

Objective time does not count towards gun xp but getting kills on the Objective does help alot

As a SPC in the US Army, I can confirm 2 things. 1. the M249 ADS time really IS horrendous, because it's so damn heavy. 2. It's hella fun to shoot!

It’s great to finally see a game in which you see no true “meta” weapon. It’s quite refreshing actually, because it means you can finally start using all types of weapons instead of one specific smg/assault rifle the whole time. I’m no longer afraid of going out of my comfort zone with weapons and I love it.

Biggest contributing factor to this is no SBMM. There are still good players but not every single player is direct competition to you and allows you the flexibility to use anything and still have a decent game

That ultimate on your toon is what used to be on a faction that was removed from beta: The Black Tusk. You became a chungus with a full body suit and your only weakness was your ammo backpack. people literally complained that you couldnt get to the backside without being mowed down by a minigun. so they removed the faction altogether. I truly hope they bring back all 3 factions they removed from Alpha/Beta Testing: Wolves from ghost recon Breakpoint (same getup as the phantoms), Hyenas from the Division 2 (same setup as the cleaners) and Black Tusk (Division 2) The Black tusks support character had a warhound that heal was truly op then

I like the phantom ult to hold OBJ but if you don’t just use it as a panic button and swap guns when you’ve regen health.

Yeah, it is my favorite gun so far. I am normally a LMG/AR player in most games though. Not a huge SMG fan. Got my M60 to around 50 and picked up the alchemy skin for it.

Fun side note! My dad got 100% disability from the VA for losing his hearing because of the M60!!! In Viet Nam he had one on his tank and back then they didn’t always have hearing protection for you… so you’re just sitting 3 feet from the thing chugging thousands upon thousands of rounds… day after day haha

The ultimate for phantoms is a shield bubble and anyone who touches or comes inside the shield dies if you just press shoot but they can run inside and kill you especially if they have cleaners fire bomb

there was a bug during one of the earlier tests of the game where if you put the acog on the m60 it got rid of all recoil... it was so much fun lol

You only get weapon xp for using the weapon, you can get extra for longshots, point blanks etc and I believe you get a little bit whilst getting kills attacking objectives/defending objectives.

You should try making a video with the deagle aka d50 its actually really good 2 shot kill if you throw a head shot in there does 90 headshot damage which is just great i went on a 17 kill streak with it yesterday might go for the gold deagle

I'm gonna have to try this one next. The M249 has become my favourite weapon when I play a little more passive and it's surprisingly nimble with increased ADS movement speed and increadibly deadly with all the rapid fire attachments.

Rpk has more damage, better accuracy, and more mobility than m249 and m60

@@yungwiz9297 They don't and yes it's a faster kill but I'm still on the fence whether it's worth it or not because they do make your recoil much worse. It's a bit situation dependant.

Great video. I'm really curious about something.... This is my first time to your channel so I don't know anything about you. Do you use a controller? Do you get AIM ASSIST if you do use a controller? I'm AMAZING how you're basically locked on to your targets when shooting. You don't get any unless you get kills on the obj and get bonus for offense or defense. All weapon xp comes from kills/assists, unfortunately.

Brother ease into it; It’s not COD. Practice getting your aim/hitting your shot consistently. Use the practice range. THEN go and I bet you start rolling kids. I GUARANTEE it.

This game is very easy right now. If you have a quick trigger finger, run the sniper rifle and pistol. Find the main spawn areas and post up in a corner. Because movement in this game is kinda bad in my opinion, your best bet is to not move. When I kinda sit still I find that most opposing players will not see me right away and I get the jump on them. Just try and be patient. Let them come to you. Find your zones. It’s very easy.
