He did stop paying on the time share, so that definitely needs to be sold, so it is not a problem for either one of them. I agree with the judge. A mistake on his part does not justify her perpetual stank attitude and withholding of sex - unless she does not want the marriage. I am not assuming her sex withholding started because of the woman; she offered many reasons why she did not have sex with him. But she cant have her marriage and both. The judge is wise to help her understand that. That she will and should lose her marriage if she is going to stay in that place. I understand his reason for sexting, but he cannot and should not do that in response to her attitude and withholding. He needs to work harder to amend things. They need counseling, and it the marriage is not good enough for them after counseling, they should consider co parenting.
