This resonates: I'm an empath and my Twinflame had narcissistic tendencies. He comes and goes when he feels like he is catching deep feelings and it's too over whelming for him. So I give him space I know he loves me but he can't say it or has feelings. So he goes silent on me then about 2-4 weeks he comes back. It's been like this for almost a year. I'm getting used to it. Gives me time to heal and love myself.
