You have milk and some flour! No-bake dessert! New dessert recipe! Recipe of the year! This recipe is exactly what everyone is looking for - a no-bake dessert! Strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate, what could be better?! This dessert brings real pleasure, made from simple ingredients - milk and flour. It is delicate and creamy, just melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
First Layer:
500 ml milk
50 g sugar
30 g flour
15 g cornstarch
60 g white chocolate
150 ml raspberry puree
10 strawberries
Second Layer:
500 ml milk
50 g sugar
30 g flour
15 g cornstarch
60 g white chocolate
Third Layer:
100 ml boiled milk
300 g white chocolate
80 ml raspberry puree
Directions:
First Layer:
In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, flour, and cornstarch.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, add chopped white chocolate and raspberry puree. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the first layer into a dessert mold and let it cool.
Second Layer:
In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, and flour.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
Pour the second layer over the first layer in the mold. Let it cool.
Third Layer:
Heat the cream, add chocolate and raspberry puree. Pour the third layer over the second layer in the mold.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
