I remember being scared of interrupting his routine that was the way he relieved his stress. Sometimes it was palpable and not much helped. Stess chemicals are on the line of rubbing alcohol being shot through your veins and it literally chemiclly burns the lining of all veins even your brain. Besides it can push a person over the edge. if a peson is focusing on some train of thought and it's emotnally engaging, it caauses a change in the the wave rate that changes the vibe/frequency, their kinetics do alot of talking and for me it's like trying to not hear the tornado sirens. Puts me in perplexing situations.

I'm a type of healer you can say that I pull on energy I absorb negative energy and positive I am too working on self but yeah maybe when they speak to me or around me they can feel cleansed or whatnot not always though it probably can depend on how damaged I am or in the negative we are all similar in some ways the pandemic kind of tell me not to rely on medication and shots and other things not saying they're bad but in order for me to get into my Divine being I have to be able to utilize my own energy at will and that basically is less intake but everything in moderation because I evolved from Spirit came into Union with the physical so I do need a little bit of physical sources
