Evans did you watch the entire video. Didn’t you hear what the minister said. Those international airlines in the likes of KLM and British Airways can’t even land there. Kofi is a journalist and does his research before reporting and not just a KZbin blogger who says things for views. Just 3 days ago I was watching FlightAware and saw how 2 planes kept on circling in the air over this airport for 30 minutes each before landing. Weather was good so definitely it had something to do with operations at the airport. Let’s not be mad when Kofi points out stuff, it’s for the betterment of the airport, Ashanti region and Ghana as a whole. Just my two cents.

The location of the port is too close to the beginning of the run away. No thought was given to the planning to even make it an international airport. If any thoughts were given to it it would of been put at the end of the run way. I don’t understand this Kofi Adoma with his diabolic attitude. Quite recently when the transport minister went to inform the Asantehene (Otumfuo) about their intention to commission the new terminal, he, the transport ministry stated clearly that they want to commission the terminal to allow it to be used but as for the runway they have to continue to do more work on it and even to break down some few buildings. I wasn’t happy though when he said that. Because this work is taking too long. Everybody can look for that video and listen to the transport minister back again. Even at Kotoka airport until recently some big planes were not able to land. But still, it was called an international airport. If you are doing this so that they will hurry up then I agree with you but don’t pretend that you know better than them or everybody. Any news, things, etc outside your locality is considered international. I am living here in America, so any news outside America is international news. So if airplanes from any airport in Ghana to anywhere in the world are considered international flights and any flight coming to Ghana is also considered an international flight
