I never really had bad cramps most of my life 🤔 like I got them this past year, but now I barely have them anymore ever since I got on the implant birth control last month. I also have lighter periods, but it’s also lasting longer than a week. Then again, this is just how it is so far, idk if it’ll switch back in a few months 😅
