In my opinion, the way you could play it out is that you use leaf blade first and suffer damage from on rock slide then you throw the superpower and once skarmory comes in, you just gotta hope that you could win cmp

In the gfisk match, you probably didn't want to debuff yourself, you could of tanked that second rock. farming up to two moves was probably the play. I only mention this because you did, misplays are to be expected when running a new mon. You did good, I've been enjoying the pvp.

Wouldn’t recommend using lurantis as you know grass and bug types are really weak and have many weaknesses and lurantis happens to be both which makes it weak to the point a fire type would do 20% or more to its hp .
