Thank you for this lovely encouragement. After a lifetime (70 years) of building a false self from C-PTSD survival mechanisms, societal expectations, commercialism pushing outward “beauty”, so MANY external factors, this journey is indeed a very bumpy ride! Certainly no walk in the park, battling through these barriers to get to the true self. But when we asked to come here, we were given this avatar and ego to experience all the trauma. We now need to rise above them, to that higher place, to learn the lessons we came here for. Namaste.
