Make your own cleaning products with one tablespoon of liquid soap and 2 tablespoons of baking soda, mix with 500 ml of hot water, stir. Cool and put into a spray bottle. 14.Make your own soap powder with a bar of soap, use an electric blender or grated, 1 cup of borax, 1 cup of baking soda (food grade). Wash clothes in 30 degrees water and above. Only need around 2 tablespoons in the washing machine. 15.Make your own fabric softener with 4 tablespoons of Bath Epsom Salt in 1 litre of boiling water. Allow cooling. Only need 2-4 tablespoons for each wash.

I get what you mean 100% but I think what he's saying is while the system is unfair and it is wrong at times we should be peaceful and find our way of life through the system bc we as (urbanized) people will surely struggle if we choose anarchy as a choice. Some people choose to cope with that in different ways. For example, my mother likes the upbeat city life to bring her happiness while my aunt doesn't favor that way so she decided to get her own property and farm bc she doesn't like the stress of city/suburban life (maybe that's similar to the more "primitive" lifestyle you're looking for). Like the guy in the video said, you have to find your own peaceful oasis even in these serious times. I hope this makes sense.

Is there transcript of this reasoning?.(nvm, i did it myself to help it resonate) so here it is; First thing to do, is to find value in self. Find something within yourself that is worth working on, that is worth manifesting. Find something in yourself that is worth it. We are living in a time where religion is becoming obsolete, which would have been a beacon of light for those before us. In. Christianity, Buddhism, or any religion, it is hard to explain to someone; how can I tell you of a God I never met? I thought the way to the univese was through the sky but I was wrong; the way to the universe is through the mind. I think I have found a way of thinking that keeps me focused and to try to open that portal within the mind to be totally spiritual. Because we are already physical and we know everything of our physical being but we know nothing about our spiritual being. As it relates to not having a job. I remember when I had to put my pride aside and beg. That in itself teach me humility. It teach me humbleness. Because when in a situation where you have nothing and you ask someone for something, they have no obligations to give you; so you have to learn to have the right approach to get through every time, but sometimes you have the right approach, but it's just the wrong timing. So, what I was going through at the time I realized that that couldn't work because deep insise my spirit was saying that 'you are stronger than that and you can do better than that, and I got to realize that we dont know our strength and if we just know just a fraction of what we are supposed to know; Oh Gosh man!, because, you see, Self is Infinite. There is no end to self, you can just discover more within self. Thats where the thing this; Even in the future, in the close future, right now. People are searching becuase they in pain and want to break out the system, but they dont have a medium where they can escape, because if you give up the system you have to have something in place that keep things at a norm; you cant leave the system and go living like a caveman again, you have to be smart and re-create self. First, to find value in a place that has no purpose, the emphasis is to find value in self because if there is nothing outside of you that has any use or value, I guess the next place to look is within and find the value within, and when you find the value within ourselves, we can bring it out by creating value around us, because if I feel like a king within myself, and I'm living like a peasent, if I continue to feel like a king, eventually I'm going to chane my surroundings to make it look like a palace. So, find purpose within self to create value outside of self, because the world is created from what is within; everything you see is someones idea and it came from inside, so we took the value that was inside and put it outside to create our own values. If a situation is hopeless, it creates an opportunity to make something happen. In a hopeless situation, it gives you the opportunity to create what is missing. I found out that I am responsible for how I feel. My environment and the people around do not determine how I feel.
