This guy shows how much more _fun_ & satisfying it is to be a *home cook* rather than a ‘professional chef.’ He goes by vibes, feel, & intuition-not lost in pedantic measurements of recipes. Love it! 🤩👏👏🤟
You are by for my most favorite cook!!! The KING!!

Should add a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to the onion and bell pepper as they are cooking down. I always add it to my seasoning as they are cooking down. Dats Cajun!

I just had a thought to use sloppy Joe’s with chicken and I looked it up on KZbin and your video was the first one to pop up. I would really like to say that I love the way that you present everything and the whole vibe that you have going with the process of starting everything and how detailed you are when it comes to this stuff. I honestly feel like we’re having a conversation with each other lol more than it’s just a tutorial so thank you so much. You should definitely keep putting these videos out.

Try substituting a can of creme of chicken soup instead of ketchup, because tomato tends to cover the subtle taste of of the chicken. A few thin slices of pepperoni would liven it up even more.

This is the first time I've heard of Cajun Sloppy Joe's. Thanks for the toasted bun trick! I think the egg in the mayo helps it get that beautiful color with a creamy texture added. My cast iron skillet is my favorite to cook with on the stove top. Ground chicken is my go to when I want a switch from turkey. Thanks for this recipe/vid! I'm definitely trying this one! Yum 😋!!!

I know I`m late to the party ,, but add about 1/2 a pound of chorizo to that . I love adding that in when making burger patties . Add a little sriracha in there if you want a little more kick .

Try using taco seasoning instead of the other seasonings with ground turkey, chicken, or beef and top it with shredded cheese, and shredded lettuce topped with taco sauce. It's delicious. Back in the 70s Taco Bell sold that and called it the Bell burger and then changed the name to Bellbeefer. I can't believe they haven't brought it back but the people running Taco Bell probably don't even know about it because it was so long ago.
