Love it! Small game works really well with both Indian & Asian inspired flavors. We have done a couple of rabbit dishes with an Indian flare, but I don’t believe we did vindaloo. Thanks for sharing, & I will look into this for a future recipe.

That’s a good looking rabbit dish. I got a good taste for Indian food when I was working and traveling all over the country with my old boss ❤Vinay and I really like it. Karen makes a mean Chicken Curry dish that our son loved too. Hannah gives it a 6 you know it’s gotta be good. 😋 Nice way to end the year John. Looking back at the year and the challenges I’ve faced, I thank God for giving me the patience or should I say acceptance to deal with them head on and the knowledge that even though 2025 is going to start out even more challenging it will all work out as he has planned. I most certainly do love Chicken Vindaloo, at the local Indian food joint, I can only imagine that Cottontail Vindaloo is just as good, if not better! When cooking Indian at home, the premixed sauce packets are the way to go. Very difficult to get it right, from scratch.
