Beautiful, and currently the part of the journey I am on. 1 month ago I was someone super stuck in their emotions, and literally could not even stand the idea of someone making out like it was just EASY to just forget about it or stop thinking it; so to feel as though the answer REALLY is that we are not actually stuck is almost laughable but I’m just glad I found it finally! Book recommendation that ACTUALLY caused the switch for me, the ‘Ah-ha!’ moment was “The Sedona Method” - honestly, it might be the missing key for many of you out there, certainly was for me! I’m so excited to practice ‘letting go’ of my emotions or more ‘letting them wash over me’. It’s so easy too, I almost feel cheated from the years of self work, like, this is it? 😂 but hey, I’m not mad, it’s been a hell of a journey, and I’m sure there’s still more to come!
