Moments like these are what separate world class players from the rest. England have been poor and despite Bellingham going missing for the past couple of games, he switched it on when it really mattered and saved England from a humiliating exit. I’ve never seen an England player do that before. Switzerland will be a hell of a challenge, judging by how well they’ve played so far, and it’s difficult to see England break them down, but regardless of what happens, Bellingham produced a rare bit of hope tonight and has done the nation proud.

special young talent and he saved us yesterday when we really didn't deserve anything from that game , if he was used in the right way tactically and position wise we would see a better Jude for sure . a future captain for us and has potential to be a great England player , we just need a good manager to help him . He played alright today, but he wasn’t getting the ball. The insistence on playing it around the back, then up the wings is predictable and easy to deal with, especially when your wingers either run into the defence or cross it straight to the keeper. The way we play doesn’t suit Jude or Kane, and that’s on Southgate not knowing how to accommodate quality players.

Footballers should get on with their job, and be prepared to take criticism if they play poorly on the pitch. I remember Wayne Rooney getting annoyed with fans booing after a game it made him look soft and that is how Bellingham looks too, it is not personal I am certain every player gives everything but there is only so much a football fan can take when decent football players refuse to attack or pass forward and repeatedly pass sideways and backwards, it is enough to ruin a football fans indigestion.
