"I was asked by The Eurovision to write a song for The MPG all out of the blue.
My first response was that I do not fit in cause I do not write the kind of hits that usually The Eurovision is filled up with and that the fans of Eurovision wanted. But they kept on asking and all of a sudden something in me thought: What the hell, why not? New experience to be a part of the biggest music competition in Europe. But usually there are like 5 people writing the song and 1-4 performing it who are headhunted for THAT song.... I was afraid people would laugh at me and the song. The song (As all my songs) are very personal so I was most afraid of started to cry when singing it.... he he. Never thought it would end up in the finals and NUMBER 1 on SPOTIFY. I always write music as a healing process and NEVER as a goal to write a hit. So I said YES WHY NOT. I expected nothing and just wanted to see where it took me. Met fantastic new people and am so glad I dared to say yes."
