Julie, at our Goodwill nothing is less than $1.99, even if it came from the Dollar Tree for $1.25 and it's used. The Dollar Tree is in the same strip mall. You can walk down the sidewalk and buy the same item new for less. It's crazy!

I know a lot of thrifers don't like the grape pattern but if that's a pinheiro bordello dish from portugal it's worth money. I collect those dishes. Plus you have to keep in mind that there are people that just like grapes in their kitchen.

The first wavy mirror is very on trend. There is one I want almost identical in a popular UK department store selling for £160. Ps. The wooden book stack is cute just as it is :)

I used to work for goodwill industries and saw a lot and heard a lot of verbal abuse from the other employees to the new employees just starting out. With working in the snack dept, I was just doing my job and one of the assistant managers was always picking on me and I wasn’t even working in her department..so went to my boss and told her and the harassment stopped for a little bit then started back up again. Being a customer with them for years and contributing 1,000’s of dollars to their organization over the years I refuse to help them by paying what they want as they really don’t care about their employees…and mentally abuse them !

I rather have them bring it back to the store than dumping it! If you think about it .99 times 100% is is 1.98, so, yes, that is way more than before. Our salaries are still the same, but prices have gone 100% up? 😢

You can get prices by bulk at Goodwill bins. It’s a huge way to by a lot of stuff cheap. It has become huge in sellers
