24:15 If the can of surstromming for a year, the can should at minimum be bulging and likely to rupture. You're also supposed to open it underwater, ideally outdoors and spread a small amount of it onto bread. Many of the reviews eat a large bite of just the surstromming, and call it terrible. It'd be a bit like taking a shot of Worcester sauce, a spoonful of marmite / vegemite and assuming that's the right way to eat it and calling it bad. Many strongly flavored foods are meant as an ingredient or condiment, not the main thing to eat.

Schnitzel is not german the full name of the dish is Wiener Schnitzel. Wien is the same as Vienna, Vienna is the capitalcity of Austria so Schnitzel is from Austria.

...yeah, but actually, no. Schnitzel is simply the german word for escalope. Wiener Schnitzel is a specific type of Schnitzel - specifically a breaded calf schnitzel... and yes, it has to be calf, if it is any other meat, it isn't a Wiener Schnitzel, but a Schnitzel Wiener Art ("Schnitzel of viennese make"... which usually is pork, but can also be chicken or anything else, so long as it is otherwise made like a Wiener Schnitzel - which is: thinned, breaded, and then fried in fat... and also yes, a Schnitzel does not necessarily need to be breaded, as Schnitzel specifically refers to the thin slice of boneless meat) For something that obviously isn't austrian yet still a type of Schnitzel: Piccata... or Saltimbocca. Both are italian. The first one isn't even breaded (a Piccata Milanese is, tho) Also: there are things like Rahmschnitzel, or Jägerschnitzel (which can, depending on region, not even be a Schnitzel, but instead a breaded and fried piece of Jagdwurst, which is specific type of sausage... Where I am from, it refers to a usually unbreaded Schnitzel with a mushroom sauce and often some Spätzle as a side (tho, that last part is optional)) or a Pariser Schnitzel (Parisian Schnitzel), which is a Schnitzel where somebody thought to only do 2/3rd of the breading process and left out the actual bread, only putting on flour and egg.
