I’ve been a lifelong Falcons fan through the good and the bad. I live several states away and haven’t been to a game in 14 years. I came into Atlanta for my Grandfathers funeral this weekend and I was able to attend this game as a part of celebrating his life as he was a big Falcons fan as well. This win is truly special to me; I will always remember it.

I recommend checking out Jon Grudden's game predictions for this game...he goes over tons of details (bc he's a former HC) that casual fans don't recognize. One of those is the Bowles heavy RUN BLITZ defensive schemes...it's just so hard to open lanes against his schemes. To beat it, you've gotta pick up the blitz and pass the ball. That's what the Falcons gameplan was to do...didn't need to rely on the run this game bc that wasn't the correct way to approach the game The balance is there, don't worry about that

That is what having a top shelf veteran QB can do for you and in my mind, Cousins and Rodgers are the only ones of those in the NFL. Maybe I am forgetting someone else over 35 years old that has played at high levels for many, many years. Brady is gone. We have one of the most valuable QB's in the league. Defense? Backups needs to learn from this and it needs to get healthy. Trade for Crosby. He probably wants out with Adams. Bring John Abraham out of retirement lol. Cousins threw some bullets...
