I’ve had a crush on this girl for years, I told her last year. She doesn’t like me back, which is ok, but harder than I’d expected. I guess I’ve always ended up with a person I wanted, the second she said she didn’t like me back was expected, but painful. I like to think that the person I should be with will always be there, or one way or another we'll end up together again. Sometimes that ideology is hard, knowing that live isn’t set in stone, or that something can change in a matter of seconds, but it also gives me a sense of patience to not rush. One way or another, they’ll be next to me in the end. I hope. I still love the girl, of course I’m just glad to be best friends, but I guess I can’t help but be jealous sometimes, scared really. Loves hard, but I bet it will work out, nothings permanent. Spend time with people who energize you, and bring true meaning and peace in life. Words can't describe how much she means to me. Her being with someone else just makes things worse. Being heartbroken is probably the worst experience a human being can experience. All we do is think about that someone even though what you're seeing doesn't relate to them. You look outside, you think of her. You try to sleep, you think of her. Doing your work, you think of her. It's weird how a feeling like this can exist. I don't like it. We all don't like it. We get hurt but still care for her. We're over her crying ourselves to sleep while they are enjoying their life and are with someone else. Why does this feeling exist. But being heartbroken is sometimes a good thing. It shows you what to do next time and how to do the right things. People say there's other people out there. And I'm starting to believe them. I always liked her and i still like her. We were in the same high school we had the same english class but i was in a different class and her too. We never talked only greeting each other when we saw each other. But then came the time where High School came to the end and we had to go our ways to the college. She lives 5 houses by the street, that means after my college day i could see her. We follow each other on Instagram. When i posta Story and i post like a few stories per day most of them are quotes about my feelings towards her, she sees all of them but doesnt know that they are meant for her. So today after college when i went home i saw her talking to a guy at her door step.My best friend who attends the same college with her confirmed that she hangs with thig guy on college break. When i got the Information i broke a little but was happy at the same time. Thats because if i have told her that i like and have feelings towards her it might have cracked their Relationship. of course listening to these mixes bring the familiar feeling of tears slowly making their way down my face, it’s only because i remember how much of a fuck up i was in a relationship. i had finally found the one who was perfect for me. he made me happy & that’s a feeling i’m not really used to so i appreciated that but most of all he showed me a love i had never gotten before, he made me feel like i had a purpose. i ended up freaking out a few months into our relationship & telling him we should end things because i didn’t want to screw up the friendship we had before considering the fact that he was my best friend at a point. today it’s been exactly three months since i broke up with him, i’m in pain. the constant guilt & regret is horrible. i wish no one ever feels the pain i feel because it hurts so much. overtime my heart will heal & i’ll be able to love again but it’ll take patience. love is a lesson in disguise.
