you randomly popped up in my recommendation, and i honestly understand, the feeling of being left behind the curve cause of poverty, you are born poor, and you don't have the "privilage" to be at the same class of understanding things as others. One of the ways i overcame this was to stop comparing myself to others and focus only on me,i learned that somethings that took years for me understand, was something that sombody was just born with -be it with money or talents but that stage didn't lasted long.Focus only on yourself and your work and you will find that you will progress, not linearly but exponentially fast, catching up to others and surpassing them.Also i know that your mentor meant well by saying he will save your time and its good that you trust him/her, but please do not follow the "foolish heart and believe and learn then understand the logic later" .please, ask everything, question everything, understand the logic, apply the logic, try to figure it out yourself ,take small risks and learn , do LOTS OF SELF REFLECTION AND INTROSPECTION (it really helps) and do NOT fear that you will die before you will ever figure it out on your own, trust me, you won't and when you do figure it out, it will all be worth it. You put a lot thought and effort into your life, logical and surgical approach...Death is coming for all of us and it can be like a race to do things and change things. A wise man once said remember wherever you end up, is the goal. So, yes put the full effort and due diligence into life, but also have to let go of the results.

i just wanna say i think where u thinking is going wrong is thinking that u need someone else in the first place, its sd but the only person who is always there for u is urself, and u need to be strong alone to be strong with others, make sure u have at least someone to talk to tho, then it really is kinda impossible, thats just what ive learned, i with the best for u, remember that its always a mental game, and feelings are only feelings sometimes and u just cant let them win, if u just keep going u can make it

The humble background doesn’t necessarily mean poor I have a lot friends in better financial positions than me but their parent are very strict and make sure they work hard and earn they’re position in life
