The loft in the bunkhouse is perfect, hate lofts out in the open. Kids are annoying, LoL, I don't want to hear them. Anyway, you can tell that you hated this one. You rushed it too.

Personally I like the loft inside the bunkroom. Having a safe RV makes up for missing amenities that are just more things to break. Upgrades to tires, etc would be a good investment!

I really like this unit, especially the price. Fixed windows are OK, there are plenty more which open. Auto leveling on a rig this size is a must, so that is a big miss. The loft in the bunk room is great, keeps all the urchins in the same area. Any lady would welcome the opportunity to decorate that long stark wall. Nice big pantry for a large family. For a unit this long, needs better tires & suspension as you noted. I like the flag holder on the pin box. One would go through several beers while trying to level this long beast! Plastic toilet? Our old 2010 Springdale entry level travel trailer even had a porcelain toilet.

Very nice for a young family. I like the large picture window with the unobstructed view. I also like the loft in the mid bunk room. I dislike seeing the loft as you walk in. It’s easy enough to place a picture or something on the wall if you need something to look at. The color scheme is very nice. It’s not the cheap looking brown. Nicely done.

I actually really like this one. It would be perfect for a good sized family who needs the space but is on a tight budget and doesn’t have a ton of money to spend on an expensive high end fifth wheel. I like the bunk room just like it is, with the loft in it. If the owner feels the hallway wall looks bare maybe they can put some family photos there. Or whatever they want. Very nice, thanks for sharing it!😊

I think this unit has a lot going for it. I like the loft inside the bedroom. I don't know if I would mind the windows that don't open. I think it might be nice to have openable windows, but not likely a deal breaker for me. The large wall could have some trimmed out wood accent pieces or maybe some type of ship lap (or at least the look) I see that wall as a nice place to hang a decent sized piece of artwork. Some hooks closer to the top could hold hats, umbrellas, flyswatter, etc. The niche would a great place to keep some bug spray, sun screen, anti itch cream, Band-Aids, and such so they are quick and easy to get.

What the luck to see your dad mobile RV van on the lot. They were super press how well it was taken care of it over the years owning it. The windows by the kitchen tables nice get a better view outside. The bunk room area looks nice but needs small opening in the hallway for it doesn’t feel dark. Not a bad RV

As a night shift worker that travels for work I really like that it doesn’t have many windows. The black out curtains never work very well.

The mid bunk with the loft above it is great. Great place to stuff the stuff your not using all the time, and its not displayed to everyone as they enter the RV. COrnhole under the booth dinette is a fun idea... and didnt cost much of anything to do.. I'm looking as a family with a kid or 2. kid(s) gets the bunkroom and above it is storage space for less used stuff.. Has washer and dryer hookups for long timers. The massive windows I like.. I thinks its a good design.

an unfurnished but large RV with slideouts would be a popular choice if the price was really low. Like an awesome overland style Toy Hauler with no couches, microwaves, beds, fridges..etc.. just walls, plumbing, outlets and a blank canvas to create inside for under $15K

The loft inside the bunk room with its own ac is MONEY! I actually hate that the midbunks have lofts in the hallway. Never seemed practical to me. Overall a nice unit that you could then afford to put your personal touch on with little upgrades.

Honestly, I’d but it in a heart beat. With trailers today sticking to the status quo but with current economic prices, maybe a few subtle innovated changes, this trailer for the price is well worth it. What I saw inside is comparable to a 100k unit, plus or minus name brand stuff. Azdell and solar would certainly be appreciated but for the cost, again, viable and cost efficient. With the savings, one could easily make changes to fit their needs and likely save money. Pick you poison, or cost in this case. I love the bunk room, stick all the kids inside and shut the door. Then again my 3 kids love hanging out together. Overall, I love wrenching my trailer and I would wrench on this to customize it to my liking. Loved it JD.

There are several things I like about it. However after i would make the after market changes I would want I'm not sure i would be saving any money. I do like the size of it and the layout. I really like the midbunk area. But by the time i take the bunks out and put in a desk would i really be saving money? Thank you for showing it to us.

Why is nobody talking about the fact that the freshwater overflow is located in that compartment with all the controls? Nothing like having that children fill up with water while you're running to turn the hose off.

I like it. I have mixed feelings about the midbunk loft being enclosed. I prefer open with stairs instead of a ladder BUT I see that big blank wall and it gets me excited about having a blank canvas to work with. The lower price means it's not going to be a deal breaker. Is there a choice to upgrade to a different toilet? The landing gear but no auto leveling might be a deal breaker. I would have to talk that over with my husband. For me, I would rather pay a lower price and then choose a few upgrades but I do like the 'plain' look at a lower price so I can add my own touches more easily.

I would want an upgraded suspension, and would convert the midbunk to an office, as we don't need space for kids. Not sure about windows that don't open. Generally not a bad RV, and one that I would consider.

I like this trailer, the non opening side windows are fine, I like the loft within the bunk house, the wood finishings look a little on the cheaper end, no mirrors in the bedroom? Overall nice unit! I have a Bighorn fifth wheel, you can tell inside and the outside finish is cheaper on this one, no rear end cap or bumper, plain looking, wood framed or aluminum?

That space in the hall could be utilized for displaying artwork, pictures, plants, etc. I watch these KZbin’s to see if I have room to hand a floral quilt I am making. And I have some porcelain I would like to display. Lots of options with that bare hallway

All those plastics can easily be switched out. As far as that hallway wall, it can be decorated with pictures and or paintings

I Like it J.D., the large windows.=, 12 v frig, the loft I have no use for I am to old to crawl around up there, the mid bunk very good Office space or room for a guest. and it has a Washer Dryer hook up all the Basics you can up grade from there Love the rack and pinion slides too like I saide for the price point it is all you need. 3/4 ton tow-able?

Remember those conversion vans from the ‘70’s & ‘80’s? Are there still companies that make those? That would make for an interesting video. Poor man’s class B. If they still exist can you do a video on that? Hope your dad got a good price. You’ll have to do a video on his new one. The corn hole games is a nice touch. Love the huge windows. It would be nice if they opened. Like the pantry storage too. You can place pictures on the little rack, also can you hang pictures on the big blank wall?

Not a fan of this Floorplan but im not all about high end anyway. To me expensive/high end doesn't mean it's going to last longer. Id rather have the basic necessities with the lowest price point. Rv's no matter the price dont last long anyway. Just like buying a car.

Reading the comments, I'm in the minority. I'm not a fan of the loft inside the bunkhouse. I currently have a loft outside and it makes sense when you have lots of people staying in the camper. Generally, young kids use lofts, and they don't need the amount of privacy that anyone staying in the bunkhouse would.

bed should be N-S no bedroom slide. NO bunk or loft. windows fixed is ok. $60K is not affordable, can get better rigs for that price.. blue tooth is junk good the door opens that way do to the slide. way too many slides. this unit is a bust for me.

I wouldn't either. No way. $84k for this unit. I could have an alliance valor toy hauler for that price. 37v13 was offered to me at 89, brand new 2022 unit. This is worlds behind, and just ad expensive. Lots of better options for 5th wheeels in this oroce range.

Love the concept of making as cheap a model as they can without compromising the functionality! Not a huge fan of the way somethings are done, but I couldn't argue with that price point!
