When I tried to defend myself from my father he turned the tables and yelled “he’s trying to kill me!” The look he gave me of complete betrayal made me realize the one person I depended on emotionally and financially was not afraid to play dirty. Hario, even with no contact, they come back around to strike again. I truly was depleted in Sept. when support stopped. Then interim support mediation was 5 hours total just chipping me down to the point of food, babysitting for my son w/Sneeds. I was prepared for the last assault, but afterwards it was again depleting. I'm just coming back again and again. I feel I can identify with St. George fighting the dragon. You're right, as an empath, I do sense something is coming again. Hypervigilance is part of the past program that latches on to it. That's what they do. They trained that in you. Like they have a Caesar salad and just gave you a crouton, or a burger platter and just gave you a pickle chip. They put that mindset in your head in subtle ways and played with your mind. So abusive, that they are addicted to abusing you. OMG. I'm no contact and still moving forward no matter what. Thank you for being there. My boundaries will not be crossed even though he wants me to suffer and he's ruminating and I can sense the destruction. I don't ever want to go back, I want to be free. I'm still fighting with God on my side. My training will prevail over this monster! Narc mindset about getting you is evilness and the narc's adoration of the father of lies through vile behaviors. Right now. I'm currently dealing with court. He was abusive mentally and physically to me and my son. He was charged for assaulting my son and I. Please tell me a restraining order will keep him away. He had people watching me all the time. Recording and video taping me. I hope that he does get charged. It's been 24 days. I'm in therapy. But, struggling hard to get my life together.
