once again, just like catching a baseball - you read the hit balls off the bat & "project" where the HEIGHTS of the ball are going to be, you place the glove right behind the oncoming balls🎾⚾🎾⚾🎾⚾🎾

Actually the thing is most of the time i screw low volleys at net.....😢

Set the racket low initially and have the racket slightly open and you’ll get the ball over the net. You can do it!
