Well I think that theory is true beacuse as of now, we know of a total of 10 Blackbeard Pirates, of whom, 9 are Titanic Captains (the other being Blackbeard, who is the Admiral of his crew ) Looking at the crews of Kaido and Big Mom, we can find a theme in them. Kaido's crew follows a card game theme. King, Queen, Jack, Joker etc. Big Mom's crew follows a food theme. Katakuri, Smoothie, Cracker, Snack etc. From here on out, we are entering speculation and theory territory. This theory may seem like a stretch, because it is. It is at least 55 gum-gum of a stretch. So if it ain't your thing please click off now. I believe Blackbeard's crew follows the theme of alcoholic drinks. And I'm gonna use this speculation to theorize about who the unknown 10th Titanic Captain is. (I was unable to find any drinks for Shiryu, Burgess or Doc Q,(if you can please let me know) so this theory may already make no sense, but then again, not all of Kaido's subordinates or Big Mom's subordinates are named as per their respective themes. Opera, Batman, Alpacaman, among many other examples) 8th Titanic Captain : Vasco Shot -The most obvious one. A shooter, or shot, is a small serving of spirit or a mixed drink (usually about one ounce), typically consumed quickly, often in a single gulp. I fully support this theory since the one that said Shiki was a part of the Beasts Pirates got debunked or wasn't fully explored. Shiki would be a good mentor figure to Blackbeard and though no longer in his prime is still a formidable opponent. Secretly working with Shiki, maybe finding (or based in my theory, building) the Ancient Weapon Pluton. Since Shiki's power as told in the movie Strong World (not canon, but who knows?) can make something he touch float in the air, that could really tie up to the Ancient Weapon Pluton being a battleship, which Yuderon have been theorizing is a battleship that could fly. There're people there with wings. Also, remember that Shiki kidnapped Nami to marry her? What if he does it again but being canon this time around? Probably the time Blackbeard come to the fore again for the final battle Oda sensei will hype him to match against all the protagonists combined, to hype upto this level, i think, not only him his crew might also have multiple devil fruits
