I love this house except the front door. For $1,750,000 I’d like a big double door or at least panelled on both sides. And lose the clear glass.

I’m surprised the MBR wasn’t a bit bigger. I do like the bathroom! But I would like frosted glass from the chest down. Kids do sometimes just come running in places. Lol. Kinda surprised it doesn’t have a basement. I gotta have one!

I’m not understanding why these million dollar homes have apartment size bedrooms? Any home over $500k, the bedrooms should start at 16x16 and higher. Bedrooms that are 12x10, 12x13, or 14x10, should not exist in these types of homes. Also, there should be two master suites. Home builders should start incorporating that trend.

Because these homes have rooms to live in. Bedrooms are just a place for privacy and sleep. I had one of these homes. Family was always in the great room. They spent little time in their bedrooms. Which I might add were decorated very well.

For example, and if you look at the furniture in the master bedroom, that room is not 16X11. It's misrepresented. That room is not that narrow. There's enough room at the foot of that bed to put another bed head-to-toe.

Loved the exterior design. The overall layout and function was great. I agree with the master being so close to the front. Not crazy about that media room upstairs. I would have to rethink that room. My only complaint with the kitchen, is they should make room in the pantry for a freezer or second refrigerator. I would rate it an 8-8.5.

A couple of things, well maybe more than a couple. First, I didn't care for the brick on the upper front of the house. Second, I would definitely knock of a point for the microwave for midgets. Third, I think they may have misstated the dimensions of the primary bedroom, it looked bigger than 16 x 11(?), the 16' yes but the 11', I don't know. Overall I would agree with your assessment of the house. Thanks for the tour and adding the rating system. 😊😊😊

Woah. The exterior architecture is wild! I can’t decide if I like it or hate it, which typically means I like it. Definitely original. Seems like this builder is excellent at the finishing, given all the built in pieces and the masonry. I do think some of the choices are a bit bland, while others are very unique; definitely interesting where the decided to spend the money on this house. Think the could have done more with the master, either with more architectural features or better finishes. Not too sure this floor plan is gonna speak to everyone, but I think it would work well for a big family. Something I really appreciate that you sometimes do is capturing the backyard and showing the rear elevation… especially since so many builders skimp on the design/finishing of the back of these houses.

This is a nice place, but for me there would be some redesigning. The study is useless as an office with all those windows, the glare on a computer screen would be unbearable. That front corner of the house, study, powder room, master bath and master closet would get changed. There would be no office, the powder room would be moved, the bump out at the master bath and master closet would be larger. The master bath would be moved toward the front of the house, the master closet would be more where the tub and shower sit but the bump out would make it larger. You'd walk past a closet room to get to the master bath. There is more but hard to describe, you'd have to see it drawn out. The kitchen to me is good except the location of the microwave...I hate them low like that or above a possibly hot stove top. It would be better just to put it in the pantry. I'd want the single car garage wider, make it more like 18'. My attached car port is 24' x 14' roof wise and it is not quite wide enough to easily get all around my car on the sides. When I had a Lincoln Towncar, forget about trying. I'd like to see this without a second floor, but with a nice deep basement. In semi tornado country a basement is a must as far as I am concerned. Looking at it, it lookslike it could be done. It would get rid of the cat ears. The basement stairs or elevator could be where the second floor stairs are.

This house is a 3.7 out of 10. I didn't like the office space at all. Wasn't impressed with the master bedroom or the master bath. The kitchen was very basic for a house of this price level. The feature wall in the livingroom was average. No basement makes a very necessary media space on the main level.

Not a fan of the small door nor the orange looking overhang in the front of the home also the brick choice , prefer vaulted ceilings and absolutely not a fan of the rustic look wood ceilings and not fan of wood beams hate the wall paper in the bathroom , design choices just are not my style, I do love the stairway overall it’s a nice layout but not something I would choice, so I give it a 5 myself. Just wasn’t the wow factor for me. I liked the French doors open concept the grey was beautiful and detail in the office. Prefer white fireplaces didn’t like the built in bookcases at all in the living room they looked really cheap in my opinion. I would want an enclosed sun room with windows. Just a pass for me.

I like the rating sysyem! Exterior - 6 . It looks like a cat lmao. I kind of like that Interior layout - 2 . Almost 2 MILLION dollars and no formal dining room for entertaining?! And they totally dropped the ball on a master bedroom balcony. No basement? Again 2 million bucks . Not worth it Quality materials - 8. Everything is very high quality , ill give it that. Points off for the ugly wallpaper in the guest bath on the main floor lmao Kitchen design - 4. Stupid place for the microwave. No sink in the coffee bar - you have to schlep all the way across the room just to make coffee Amenities - 5. The balcony is lovely but there weren't any others to speak of. Avg - 5 NOT worth the price tag

3/10. Way overpriced especially without a finished basement. That alone blows my mind. Kitchen is just the standard Wolf/Subzero family so nothing special. No prep sink near the coffee station/ bar area. Also negative for 2 mil and I only get 1 dishwasher ?! You should at least have another dishwasher in the pantry. What’s the point of a sink in there without a dishwasher ? No formal dining area at all just a breakfast nook no matter what they’re calling it. It’s a breakfast nook. Bedrooms are all pathetically small for this price point. We also get to see another largely useless home office. You’d be blinded by sunlight most of the day either in your eyes or flooding out your monitor. You’d have to have closed blinds most of the day which defeats the purpose of the windows. Cut and Paste master bath. Nothing exceptional or any features to again justify the price. Garages didn’t even have a single built in storage shelf. Where are you storing all your crap if you don’t have a basement ? Front door was way too slow. They should be a double door. I also wish these builders would quit putting all glass doors in. No privacy and basically nothing in the way of security. It’s basically just a builder trick to try to make the home look bigger and brighter than it would be with actual normal functional doors.

Tim I love you, but how many of your viewers can afford million $ homes? Most that you show I wouldn't pay that amount cause they are not worth it. Our $400,000 home has a bigger master, closet is small for a master. Love hardwood floors & built-ins. Fireplace nice, but I want a mantle. Love screened in porch. Nice pantry, needs more outlets. Laundry room needs bigger sink to wash dogs. Just noticed, front door is too small. No to upstairs carpet. I wouldn't pay anymore than $900,000. Especially on the East Coast. I know prices are out of site right now, but this home isn't worth almost 2 million.
