I know some very rich and successful people who are miserable. They are slaves to all that material wealth they thought would make them happy. No one can make you happy either. This is something you must find within yourself. Money can't buy it. \/\/omen can't bring it to you. You have to study yourself, to know yourself. Only then can you find a path that leads to your own personal happiness. Not getting caught up in the idea of being happy is a large trap here. You can get so caught up in trying to be happy, that you forget to just BE HAPPY. Everyone is always looking for someone else to make them happy. Another pit fall. Or thinking money will just magically fix it all, another trap. The more money you make, the more money you will spend. The more money you spend the more stress you get from the illusion of money. Most of the time, my co-workers feel the same way I do. Even if they don't pay attention to our parliament, at the very least they are kept up to date on important details that can, and do, affect their lives. Some of the people I work with are 18 to 25 years old. I remind them quite often that the future is in their hands, and they will have to live it longer than I will. Investing the future right now could be the difference between owning nothing or owning the future. Our whole country would benefit a great deal from talking with one another about political concerns, seek compromises on the tough issues, and demand the attention of our elected officials.
