I’m not sure what you mean by that. Like when I first heard “you just look like you don’t do dairy” in this, I got confused because there’s no real way of actually telling if someone is lactose intolerant by looking unless you’re watching them actively get sick after drinking milk or eating cheese or yogurt, etc. So my head went to the idea of maybe there was a micro expression that the question asked made when they were asked about the ice cream, and that’s what they meant. How does Griffin, and anyone, look like they “can’t have milk?” I’m not trying to bash you here, I legitimately want to know. Are there any traits Griffin’s visage gives off that let you come to that conclusion?

I watched it the other night, and personally, while I know a majority of songs were meant to be comical, I like the idea of it being an introspective to just how rough the year 2020 hit the last few generations of people. I know I related to it shockingly closely but similar to how some folks deal with stressful situations, laughing or making other laugh is a way to get through it even if that’s the only way we know how. But those are just my noggin thoughts! ^^ have a nice day!!
