autumn was our month. I was longing for it last academic year, do you remember? And it's finally here. God, take me back 10 months. take me back so I can have you again, love you again, tell you in person. it's October now, and you're not there. i miss you and I still love you. I'm sorry I was another disappointment in your life. i wonder which part was more disappointing for you, the fact that it seems I chose the worst time to tell you or the fact that I was in love this whole time instead of being your best friend. do u hate me, am I a liar to you? should I have confessed earlier or should I have stayed quiet? should I have tried hard not to fall in love? i hate cliches but this is an actual nightmare and I always dissociate. it goes like this: it's a weird dissociation; it's a feeling that I've woken up from a nightmare, and so I'm convinced that I can message you and carry on. I get a burst of energy, a eureka moment to just call you cos none of the scary stuff was real. So you're still my best friend; I'm still urs, and we're sharing videos and talking late at night. my scary, lonely reality isn't real, just a nightmare. but it is real. omg is this it? where have you gone? I'm still here. you've taken my personality with you. I'm so unhappy. I'm empty, I have nothing to offer anyone or myself. Arran, i have always loved you. I wonder if you've felt the same but I'll never know now. you wouldn't have been so angry/bitter(?) if you did. At first I wondered what the name of the video meant. "Who makes October feel a little warmer? Oh wait, what if it's me? What if October is better because I am around? Not because I am anyone important or better-than, but because I exist. And to the person reading this, October and any month of the year is better with you in it.

October here has had 100F+ degree weather several days now so I sure as shit hope it's not my fault...

you're radiating warmth, climate change is a thing because of you, stay away from the north pole for the sake of the polar bears and icebergs, just kidding, but you're lucky to have the nice weather, some people would really love to be in your shoes

Keep hydrated and maintain your potassium, magnesium, and salt! If you need to sweat, a warm drink/soup can help re-sensitize the body to help your muscles recover through the sweating/spreading of nutrient function. Epsom salts for hot days are so helpful- and you can turn it into an ice bath if you need. Folks also can apply the salts using a rag- so like if you get headache tensions, you can dab the epsom water to your neck (bonus points for if its the vitamin recovery kind). Remember, stress while normal isn't healthy- so any difficult changes in life are totally understandable to throw you for a loop. Just make sure above all else- you keep up on your basics - and learn what your basics are. ^-^ I think that about covers my list of things that I'd want someone to remind me when I'm in a hot-weather funk- no pressure for you either way but I hope you have your favored temperatures swing in soon!

haha I cam here also to comment that's how my city's weather has been this month so far too 😝 .. then all of a sudden at halloweentime, it finally suddenly gets cool or even chilly (by my standards)
