Something else I'm noticing is that when I connect with someone of a different vibration (possibly a red herring🦜) I tend to not have an easy flow of conversation back and forth. I used to think there was something wrong with me? That I wasn't "fun" or chatty, or my usual open self, but I've noticed when im in a lower vibration, I can find certain connections easier to vibe with and have "fun" with conversationally!
