I admire the mother for speaking out and for her tireless search for justice. It saddens me to think that in Texas, a young man can’t safely ride a bicycle in the neighborhood and children can’t go to school without facing danger 😢

You should see how aweful the murder situation is at Texas shelters. The worst in the country by numbers. Shelters are corrupt taking on tens of millions per year . No independent audit. They kill puppies too. Texas is overrun with stray hungry and injured dogs . To me that shows a horrible nasty “community”

@@millyjay-7271 He is NOT a child anymore, he was 16 in 2020 when he killed this boy and, he is 19 now. Aiden Fucci was 14 and is now 16, and he was just sentenced to life two weeks ago. This just shows how ridiculous the justice system in Texas has gotten considering that there’s death penalty in Texas…

Mz Keyz, I totally agree with you as far as Texsas. My 1st born grandson turned 18 yrs old in March of last year. He was shot in April of 2022. He didn't get to walk to recieve his Diploma. Before My Son could ask his sister for a vial of Ashes. Her response was No he's staying ( hers ). I asked her why wasn't she bring him to Our State that He loved and was happy to be with here. She moved her kids to Texas it's been 4 yrs I think. I asked her if the police had any news?? Here it comes; Their Answer Was " Wrong " Place at The " Wrong " Time!! What the Hell does that mean??? Any Concrete Answers Out There???? The worst part of this is there was plenty of Witnesses but the Hypocrites Didn't Say a Damn Thing. This happened at their Skate Park. I ask God every single day to not leave me alone with this Broken Heart and to Please Keep Watch Over My 14 yesr Old 2nd grandson. Keep Your Faith Strong and God Bless Everyone Of You Where Ever You May Be.

It has happened many many times that kids have pointed a gun thinking it was unloaded. It happened at one of the students homes, from my son's school, 25 years ago, where the student had several classmates over & was joking around, certain the shotgun that his parents kept by the fireplace was not loaded. They used to show us movies about this kind of thing all through elementary school, back in the 60's. It makes even more sense that a teen who used drugs showed poor judgement in joking around with a gun.

See....in this specific situation there's so many variables that need to be taken into consideration....(1st let me say ima mom & gmomma of boys so I would do exactly what this mom did) ...but the family failed that kid that committed this murder, it don't sound like an accident...it sounds like he was taught & trained to do & deal drugs & raised in an environment where that lifestyle was glamorized - like the uncle teaching the child what they do to bodies to get away with crimes in mexico....in what world is that acceptable to even discuss with a child ?? Hell why can't we charge the parents or adults that raise these kids to do these crimes ?? I would have initially considered a smaller sentence...like 10-15yrs IF that kid didn't go & take that child's body across town & burn him rather than call & try to get help. But there's no way you can convince me that child thought what he did was the right & correct decision to make....cuz that shows intent...which actually cancels out the whole "it was an accident" defense...so 25yrs is fine with me...then another variable which turns into a result after the fact is we all know that kid is not gonna get the psychological treatment needed in order for him to understand his actions & why they were wrong...he's gonna come out 25yrs later way more dangerous & violent than what he is now...Our justice system is so broken cuz there is no chance at rehabilitation & correcting the mentality that causes these people to commit crimes & murders. & it's never even a subject of discussion to try & change it. We're doing nothing but giving folks that commit crimes free training to learn how to do worse & get away with it once they get out....delaying the inevitable. Then wonder why crimes & murders are increasing in every city & state across the US.

So sad this young man life was taken. Pure evil of this young man to murder the victim, and burn his body, in the stolen car, to cover up evidence. (Justice for the victim, his mom and family.) Someone mentioned in the comments, the victim was in jail before, and that people need to investigate his life. No matter what a person has done in their life. (No one is suppose to take their life!) Period. This young man was robed of his life. The murderer young man, knew what he was doing. He did not care, and was jealous of the other young man, because he was doing drugs, and bad things in his life, and listening to the wrong family members, and others. Everyone that helped, should be doing time. It's wicked and wrong. No justification for taking a life! Many years ago, my oldest brother life was taken by a evil murderer. He was taken from us at a young age, 17 years old also. We our family have since forgiven the murderer, but we dont forget it happened. It is so unfair! I have his picture in my home that I look at often. I think about how he still should be here, living his life with us. God is good! Praying for Gods comfort, healing, in the loss of this young man, for his mother, family members, friends, and all families, that have loss loved ones to murder. We must do better people! Stop killing others and self! Pray and, think, and ask God/Jesus Christ, to help! 😢😢😢

It always starts from home. When a young child or still growing young adult is delinquent. It all starts from home. Even though that is his uncle that's the direct sibling of his parent. Lesson: don't just trust your friends or meet up with your friends. You never know what environmental background they come from.

I'd love to hear the two of you answer these questions. Or at least the one of you who was most vocal about the sentencing. You say that the boy who did this absolutely should be in prison for 25 years. Do you want him there as a revenge for the murder of Sebastian? Or do you deep down believe that a 16 year old child is being more rehabilitated the longer time they spend in an adult prison? If you truly in your heart can say that this has nothing to do with an eye for an eye, and more about rehabilitation and what's best for this boy, I'd advise you to do some research from other countries about how they treat young offenders and if long prison sentences actually do any good for the inmates. Also, you say that he'll be young when he gets out. He can have a career and a great life. Do you believe that? How many people coming out of prison after 25 years will get a job? Would you give him a job? No one will ever give a person who where imprisoned at 16 and served 25 years a job. The odds of him winning the Lottery is bigger than him getting a job. We know this, all research shows that people get out of prison to live with relatives because they have no money to start a life. No money for rent, for a car, no possibility to even get to a job place. If these things were in place before people got out of prison like other countries does, the chance of people released from prison to succeed is so many times higher. And just to point out the obvious. Me meaning this does absolutely not mean that I in any way condone the actions of this boy. What happened to Sebastian is absolutely heartbreaking. I feel so, so sorry for his mother. I can't even imagine. However, the prison system in The US is absolutely out of control and out of touch with reality. In my opinion.

Thanks for the video. My condolences to Sebastian mom; girl u are a fighter for justice. Speakers u said it all good job. Just adding we live in a world where there so much crime, and it will get worse, because some people look for the easy way of life; doing drugs, and guns, and when it gets into the hand of wrong people they used it with no remorse, because some of them live in abuse home, runner aways, because of no proper guardians, but if parents, and guardians would teach children about GOD, and His principles and laws; we would see a change in society, but if not it going to get worse. To Sebastian mom 12 years is a long time, and the pain will ease up as time goes by, but we hv to forgive in order for us to be forgiven. He did wrong, but everyone deserve a second chance. I pray that GOD give u a peace that passeth all understanding. Remember GOD will judge everyone according to his deeds. For the ten commandments law we all break each day; for His law is a transcript of His character, which is righteousness, but GOD forgive us, because GOD is LOVE.
