Narcissists are brutal. I had a pattern of somehow attracting them as a relationship partner. No longer. Not worth all the pain and years of feeling 'less than' by someone I never should have been with in the first place. It's on me to treat myself best. Only then, can functional relationships occur. Dear Michael, thank you for this. The death of my buddy and brother at work had affected our business. We were already peaking up our operations for whatever reason that he opted to transition to the other dimension this early. The cases of suicide has increased since the pandemic but I never expected nor seen the sign of depression to this brother. It so devastated me, asking myself why have i not seen that coming? The entire video I kept having either like a light muscle spasm in my lower back which definitely happened in my past. (Several accidents, car, theme parks, etc. ) or I was having like tingles in my feet and like I couldn't keep my feet still and they just like kept tingling and I'm like that's when I probably like twisted my ankles between the clutch and the brake so like my whole feet were like tingling. This is the first time I've had like a real visceral reaction from your videos. I have had several bad accidents over the years. So having a few of them lifted from me is a true blessing. Maybe if I listen again tomorrow maybe it will get my biggest accident, my right hip! It was actually hurting me really bad until this morning since the 4th of July. So glad to not be hurting right now. I cried during this session. I started having flashbacks of someone I loved who passed away a couple years ago. The father of my child died suddenly 2 years ago, and I haven’t been the same since. I feel like a part of me died with him. All I saw was the memory flash and then disappear. I cried partly because I felt like I wasn’t ready to let those beautiful memories go. But a part of me knows it’s time. I will always love this person, but holding on to that energy has kept me stagnant and going through deep waves of depression. Lately, I've been overthinking about all the unfair things I've been through since I was a child... I'm 29 now. Earlier in the day I decided it was time to let it all go.
