Glad you have found Lorier finally. I have a Series 3 Neptune in black and white and a Gemini Nero. I think the Skyward will be next so thanks for the review. I’m never disappointed when I get a Lorier, and if you ever have to contact them, Lauren is super quick to respond to emails. That kind of personal experience and customer service just adds to the pleasure of owning a Lorier.

I have the exact same watch and love every bit of it. I like the prior bracelet that was on the previous version so I reached out to Lorier and they sold me the prior bracelet to change up the look. Worth every penny

I bought this model with the soprod movement before the 9075 version released and I love it!! Everything about this watch is so great. It also isn’t copying the opaline dial Tudor colorway because this watch originally came out way before watches and wonders.

My favorite GMT is my s1 gilt Hyperion. Man, you gotta check out some other pieces from their catalogue. The new Neptune is an incredible alternative to the BB54 and 58, they wear so well and are unlike anything else you can find. Their Gemini is absolutely the best mid-century bicompax Chronograph on the market. The proportions are just so spot on. Glad to hear your thoughts on this piece, cheers!

Isn’t the rotor noisy on those movements though… otherwise a no brainer purchase as it’s beaut!

Yo can feel the rotor freely rotating but is not at all annoying and is hard to hear it, i can actually hear more my omega aquaTerra’s rotor than this one

Shake it on hands yes u can hear, wearing it daily I didn't notice the noise

I just picked up a Traska (fantastic micro brand)with a similar Myota movement as yes it is loud when you shake your wrist but not under normal conditions

If a watch doesn’t have a sapphire crystal, I am out. I see watches less than $100 with sapphire crystals. Non quick set date is also a big no. It is a nice looking watch, but that Minotaur movement needs to be updated.

My Omega Speedmaster Pro has a hesalite crystal and my Tudor BB GMT doesn’t have a quickset date, nor does the Rolex GMT Master, not sure what your point is

i have to agree with @RM-b1wi, professional watches and watches from rolex and tudor have the same sistem for changing the date! its just true gmts are that way

That's a shallow criteria to not enjoy a good watch... to each their own.

Yeah ... as others stated - the hessalite crystal is by choice for the vintage feel - they could have easily put sapphire in there but chose not to. Quickset date on a GMT means it's an office GMT ... whereas this is a traveller's GMT. Much more sought after and useful, you should look up the difference.
