This message is super timely. I was sad and felt terrible because I left food on cooker for an entire day which led to my entire house to be filled with smoke and my cooker destroyed. Since it happened I have lost my joy and felt disappointed in myself for letting that happen. Funny. When I think about food I always focus on how it needs to cook long enough to not make me sick. It's interesting that if something cooks too long as well, it will be mostly spoiled.
