A really enjoyable episode. I wanted to build my business into a similar quality business as yours. I wanted to maintain the same EXCELLENT standards as you do, the neatness, the high quality of Artisanship. The organised and neat workshop. But it is simply unbelievable how pathetic standards is the accepted norm, for most people... .even worse so, here in "deep, dark, Africa". When ever I see videos like yours, it gives me renewed "push" to try again, and again. And if employees do not share your vision and standards, then they can go. If customers do not appreciate it, they can go somewhere else. Thank you for sharing your practices and standards. May your business grow from strength to strength.

Hey there! We are using symplex brand! Is an American brand that gives the best finish and time/quality the best in the market (not cheap)haha

@@alcalatechnology I noticed that you were coating the BMW boot lid with the ceramic coating, but there were no badges on the boot. Did you fit them before ceramic coating or were there no badges applied? I ask as from experience, it is impossible to stick a badge onto a ceramic coating, when I have had to refit a badge, I had to machine polish the coating off first, then reapply it around the badges.

@@bikerboy4944 we will not finish this car, so we put it in all the car. I do not know how many time will be the car stoped until fit the badge, so I wanted to do it all properly. Have a good night! (Btw, with this one, I never had issues with badges)

Hello! Thanks for watching us. We use a special air gun for the dedicated area, they are in the lowest pressure that once tighted we finish it with the torque meter tool. We cannot record everything. But good point!
