Our trip to Lembang ended up going over 2 days as we didn't realise just how good the orchid forest would be!
There are so many good things to do and see around Lembang, from the orchid forest, the floating market, kota mini and the rainbow slide.
You could easily spend a few days up here, stay in some cool cabins or even stay in a glamping tent!

Bandung is a city where you got that city vibe.. the hustle and bustle with a touch of Dutch Colonial city atmosphere (the historic side), cooler climate (from Jakartans perspective), but then you can go to the nature with it's simpler and chill mountain vibe with just an hour or so from the city. In Lembang there's Bosscha Observatorium, it's an observatory built by the Dutch to study astronomy in the equator. Tebing Keraton or Dago Pakar offers restaurants and coffee shops with breath taking mountain view. And just the outskirts of Bandung, there's Ciwidey and Pengalengan to enjoy more nature (camping, hot springs, hiking and rafting).

Next in Bandung go to Ciwidey. Visit White Crater (Kawah Putih), Tea plantation, Try The longest suspension bridge in Indonesia in Kawah Rengganis and also visit Situ Patenggang (lake). And i thought you must also visit Saung Angklung Udjo for angklung performance. Angklung is sundanese traditional music instrument from Bamboo and registered as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage

You should do camping there on Gunung Putri in Jayagiri area of Lembang. The sunrise view is amazing. You'll be above the sky, surrounded by the sea of clouds.

as a locals, honestly the flo*ting market ones is kinda overrated nowadays. that's a place that was so hyped 8/9 years ago i can say. i would recommend you guys to just strolling around the city so you can found many interesting places based on your own experience (like places to eat, OG places, etc). and the weather is not that cold lately. can't wait to see your another journey in Bandung. cheers

if you interested in camping in the middle of pine forest, you can just go straight from that orchid forest cikole and about 1 km you can found JungleMilk Camping Ground. They provide the tent and the necessity equipment. they will turn off electricity at 00.00 and the temperature will be as low as 13°C

Ciwidey is a tourist spot that is highly recommended for all tourists visiting the city of Bandung, it is also cold and beautiful there, there are lots of very very beautiful places very suitable for tourists

good choice to visit orchid forest, maybe next if you visit bandung again you must visit kawah putih, sleep at bobocabin rancaupas, tea plantation at ciwidey/pangalengan & very recommended go to many coffee shop/cafe in bdg, because tons of coffee shop in bdg have a good view, design & of course coffee like in chiang mai thailand, i dont know why so many tourist from other country always visit the 2nd place in this video, i think that place is not special😊

Emmi sepertinya takut dengan jembatan gantung.. 🤭 Di Sukabumi Jawa Barat ada jembatan gantung terpanjang di Asia Tenggara, di tengah hutan..setelah melewati jembatan, anda akan menemukan air terjun dan juga danau.. Kalau anda menyukak wisata alam, saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk datang ke Sukabumi, Oh ya diaana ada Geopark yang sudah di akui Unesco namanya Geopark Cileutuh pemandangannya luar biasa..
