Cone rolling on a plate roll can be tricky but it can also be mastered. This video walks you through the standard procedure for rolling cones on a four roll plate roll. I also point out some common mistakes that are made when rolling cones. I hope this cone rolling 101 video helps you in making a good part. Note this demonstration was done on a small plate roll but you use the same principals on our larger WDM machines.

У вас маленький конус из тонкого металла, я лет 10 назад катал конус толщиной 25мм, там сложность основная в том что бы понимать что за раз не катается конус в размер и если конусов много можно запоминать параметры подъема валов.

Yes exactly. Even if you are rolling a 25mm cone you should not roll it in a single pass. And that is a great idea to write down your parameters and reuse them if you are rolling multiple cones at a time.
