Fun fact about giants you can use the square/X for attacks in front my of you. And if you press circle/B button it attacks below so if your opponent is at your feet now you know 😊

I appreciate this game doing justice by easily the most underrated DB villain. Scientific villainy in DB began with Wheelo; Gero basically cribbed his gimmick of being a brain in a robot body, and the proud DB tradition of villains wanting to steal Goku's body began with him. Wheelo (I prefer the dub name Willow but whatever) is an important character, but he's not marketable like some of the other villains, so he barely ever appears in anything.

Hows the DP ranked battles experience for you guys? I have only played single battle ranked and its rare to fight someone not using MUI Goku, other forms of Goku, Hit or any form of Gogeta. My main now is Frost lol its satisfying beating people with him

I think DP point is an amazing parameter to use characters, rather than measure by overall perks like health, damage, speed and range combine. They use damage only instead because in this game you move fast but no matter how fast your character is there is always a counter (i think there is 4 counter ??) and about health i think its go along with damage; the more damage character can inflict the more health they have like for example vegito hence more dp, character with more dp have expensive move as well like 3 bar ki to just use Kamehameha or rush attack.

After looking at the gameplay, 2 changes I think would be baller: make perception a parry, and make it so the Z Vanish counter get progressively harder to land as you continue dodging each other’s counter Also even I, at my shit level of gameplay can feel the lag of those damn supers and character swaps… my character especially should not be attacking when I very blatantly press the trigger before I press the super attack button… it’s extremely aggravating to knock the enemy back and watch as my character spams Perception

@Steedoj doesn’t it annoy you that the four different button inputs (ie. xy, xxy, xxxy, xxxxy) for the four different rush attacks every character has (ie. flying kicks, enemy turnaround, energy wave, and a gut punch/kick that leaves the enemy stunned) map different every time you transform? Wouldn’t it be better if for example if SSJ3, SSJ2, and SSJ1 for Goku (Z End) all had the same rush attack button mapping so that when you transform a character you’re just changing its skin and getting a stat boost while the core mechanics of the player stayed the same? Because it makes me reluctant to transform during battle because I don’t know how the buttons will be mapped for each of the transformations. Completely takes you out of your flow when you’ve just gotten in rhythm with the character you’re playing. If they streamlined button mapping for character transformations it could actually create a really interesting game mechanic. For example if you were using Cpt. Ginyu and you body switched with Goku. You would notice that Gokus rush attack are mapped differently than Ginyus and if you had practiced playing with the Goku you would be at a disadvantage during that because you wouldn’t be able to string together combos as creatively as someone that uses Goku as their main. Because right now for all characters even characters that are just transformations, I’m just strategically mashing buttons, knowing that all I have to do to keep the combo going is to not repeat one of the four button input combinations. It’s like playing a button input jack in the box, just hitting the right buttons not knowing which rush attack maps to which button input. And not knowing which rush attack is going to pop out next. Would really appreciate you talking about this, maybe it’s an easy fix Bandai can implement😂
