I was considering it from the start, but now I won’t invest anything into the trainers until I have everything unlocked. I’m about halfway on the first slot, a bit more than half on the second, but the third is struggling a bit. I adjusted team A to help. Rare cache’s tend to drop me rarer crystals in stacks of 100+ so it helps balance out. I also like the surprise of the rare cache. Im happy with my progress 😄

It's worth pointing out that there's an optimize button that lets you automatically choose the team to max the capability for any one kind of item! It's a quick and easy way to get a team out there. The only drawback is that it doesn't suboptimize any other items, so you might miss out on a +1 or +2 on other items, in addition to the prioritized +10, that you could get if you selected them by hand. But I like to generate the optimized team for one item and then I'll do a sort for the same item and see if there are any feasible swaps to squeeze out some extra item types.

@@Enigma427 Gloria in a 3 galar team gives +2 chest level without any drops, you can pair her with Hop, Bede or any other chest units you want. Aside that SSLusa, Royal Mask, SSR Cynthia and SSGio are units that give 3 chests levels but ofc with drops in other crystals

I've been balancing 1 type 7 to 8 into it and cache 4 to 5 and I've been getting a decent mount of chests. My current team: Lucas, Lucian, SSR Cynthia 2nd Team: SS Lusamine, Selene, Hapu I'm pretty sure this is the general best setup until you can unlock one and get 7 and 7 in cache and one other.

Make sure to also check on your expeditions once in a while. There will be an air horn icon above one of the character on each teams head. That will give you 1 lvl in each item for a small amount of time. Just found that today.

the only reason you need friend keys is to get more lodge stones by increasing level cap, and I don't think you really need them since once you max one person's friendship, you can just move on to the next person and level them up instead. AND you'll get more rewards for it instead of just lodge stones.

I think it's a little crazy to stick sync pair levels behind something that looks super grindy. I'm happy it exists for people that want something like this, that have their favs, that need to flesh out their roster; but power? Eh... don't feel too great, especially since data shows level 200. So long as they don't start putting out battles that need 140 and 150, it should be fine.

Rare chests can't give you bronze crystals, but the omni drink can. It raises your discovery level by one rank in all 4 categories. And costs about as much as 20 evolution crystals from the evolution area in the training stages.

Started w/ Cynth b/c I want Gastrodon the most out of all of these, lol. S.Burgh is obv better as a crit+Acc support, but this one's just easier to max out. I think either Blue & Exeggutor or N & Sigilyph might be the next one I go for after I get Cynth to 100. A lot of these lodge units are ones we've either seen, battled, or heard about in this game, kinda like the BP units. Maybe the ones we've heard about like Brendan & Swellow, Flint & Lopunny, etc., and the ones we've battled like Barry & Staraptor, etc. will come in as lodge units. Even though BP units are just easier to obtain.

Mostly focusing on Marnie and Rosa since I like them the best and I think I found the extra interaction thing around the time I initially got Marnie too and just used those by finishing one 3-interaction with one, buy the next three and use them on the other.

The 'free' units are only free if you own the OG sync pair for that trainer, though. And a lot of those trainers have been power crept, meaning plenty of ppl won't actually have those OG units to get the Trainer Lodge sync pairs either. Still, it's a neat thing.

Still probably a better idea to have one team on one of the other 3 options. The chests don’t give bronze coins, and you need those for extra slots on expeditions. Which are gonna help get more Steven gifts.

From having a team with 5 rare chest drop after a 12ish hours they got 9 chest's and I did get quite a bit of good items even 1 being a green border gem. Now I have then raised to a 10 to compare the difference in 12 hours.

I remember a similair expedition feature in fire emblem heroes where you send characters out like this. I dont get the pokemon sleep joke. Is it that you assign characters then sleep while they do stuff? If you are a recent player i recomend boosting Sycamore as he is f2p and makes a phenomanal tank you can get to 150

I was doing one team with full chests and another with yellow ones. I just straight up started farming for May Friendship levels so i used all the yellow crystals too. But now I decided to farm the other crystals too and am holding off on farming chests till i get the other slots. I hope they add like 1 unit per month not too much. Also since we just started this it might be difficult to do but as we do it regularly and know how the interactions work it will be easier to grind the levels.

I think you made that sound a thousand times more complicated than it is. For everyone who dont wanna watch the video: On Team A either max out red or blue crystals on Team B max out yellow or the chests. You can doing that by combining sync pair with expedition bonus (its justlike theme skill bonus). Whatever you do, try to free up the other expedition slots first, so you can harvest more ressources.

The 2nd question is entirely up to you, I would rather focus on one first maybe the sync pair I like the most, than getting all up at the time, but as I said thats up to you. You can mix/match as you like
