I sometimes feel like I'm a channel of all of the energies around me, feeling all of this inside of me.... I'm a dancer and love to express what I feel through dance.

Hi Gloria, thank you very much for the Video! I'm mental-projector 6/2 with crown, ajna and throat :D Many things you said I have also experienced and discoverd and it is great to hear from someone else that they have similar experience. Also it is a good reminder. I learned that the most things I feel are not me, it comes from the world itself. (Not so long ago I could literaly see how my environment creats me, sometimes I have vivid daydreams xD). These feelings themself are not good or bad, they are just there, an information or energy. We can use these or let them passthrough. But for some years I was not giving me time and space to rest and regenerate. I was endlessly running on these energys and had trouble to get rest and calm down. It took some time till I learned how to let go and let these energys passthrough. The enviorment is important for this and it is crucial to be in the present moment and then trusting it. In my childhood and many years after I was not able to be in the "correct" enviorment, therefor I used my imagination to create my own dreamworlds which would feel right. Later I put myself in the "correct" enviorment but I was never really there, my mind was always somewere else. (our body and subconscious can not distinguish between reality and imagination) Yoga, meditaion and mindfullness helped me alot to get in the present moment. To trust the present moment I had to trust myself first and self-compassion was my key for this. And since we are created by the world, trusting myself means also trusting the world. It feels so great, I love it. Also in this process of learning and discovering all these things, I was transitioning to the second phase of the 6/2 profile and it was rough (the transitioning might not be quiet over). When I first learned about HD and my design I hated to be 6/2 mental projector, Now I'm in love with it, myself and the world. It took some very depressing years to get to this but now I know it was all necessary and worth it, i would not cut out a single day of this journey. If someone is still reading to this point, bless you and have a beautiful moment 🙏

@@gloriariechers4728 Hi Gloria, my pleasure. Now I’m 31 like you ;) I can not say what helped me the most, so far, because there are too many things. But I would say finding a balance in everything, might be the essence. Like taking things serious but not to serious. Encouraging and pushing myself to master challenges and at the same time being caring and compassionate to not overdo it. This took me a lot of trial and error. (My Family and Friends also helped a lot of course) In the past few years there changed a lot for me, in HD you would say because of the change of phases of the 6/2 profile. However it is, building daily routines helped me a lot and is helping me. (meditation, fitness, healthy eating) Finding a balance with these was most difficult but also most helpful. Do you have something you consider most helpful?

Jumped into Human Design this morning and found out I am the same placements. I am a 5/1 Mental Projector. I moved to a small studio in the woods of Milwaukie, OR alone after a breakup last year and feel incredibly satisfied. I attribute A LOT of my feeling good after breakup to where I moved and how I have decorated the new space. As I'm diving into Human Design I was thinking how cool would it be to know others and how they navigate this mental and environmental placement. Thanks for sharing!

I love to travel too but it’s always more appealing to go solo so I have control over where I go and what I surround myself with.

Hey, i listened early on in my hd journey as a MP And just listened again Question,,,hmmm i just returned from Daulphin Island beach It was very windy most all if my stay there.. i was stressed My time on beach was limited due to wind I was in adrenaline quite a bit And was disappointed Now after hearing this again. I wondering with all my open centers below throat , was i more influenced by high winds and this contributed to over efforting and loss of being in flow ? Thank you for any help in this ❤ Or was the wind just wind and i judged it negative

I'm wondering about people who can't change their environment due to external restrictions, such as an inmate in a prison or a patient in a hospital or someone who needs to be with family due to caregiving responsibilities, etc. If you have to be in an environment that doesn't suit you, what is the advice?

I’m a mental projector who was born into poverty. I’ve never had my own room/environment or the privilege of space and privacy, even sharing a bed with my mom or others (which goes against the projector advice to sleep alone/away from sacrals) for years. It’s a tough position to be in and a lot of conditioning happens that could lead to burnout. My solace during those times were to assign environments to myself. A drawer in a shared dresser. A corner in a room. The tub or bathroom when I’m bathing or showering. Any space I could grab and make my own, no matter how small or temporary was my respite. And when there were no indoor spaces to claim, I went outdoors. A walk on an unknown local path. A patch in the backyard where I could watch feral kittens. A (free/low cost) public place to sit or eat. We can’t always control the environments we end up in but we can adjust our way of interacting with that environment, and prepare ourselves in the best way we can to transition out, even if it takes years like it did with me.
