I've been on that for 11 months now, along with sleeping pills following a debilitating bout of depression/anxiety, where I had to quit a new job, and just sat in my room. Hope you feel better soon, I know I do!

Good advice for people who may need to hear it! Don't need to apologize, self-care comes first. You can't take care of anyone or anything unless you take care of yourself first! Glad to hear you are doing better!

So happy you are feeling better. Depression and anxiety can be debilitating. Medication is needed for some people and they are sometimes made to feel ‘less than’ for going that route. Wishing you continued good health!

I've been there man! I've had clinical depression and social anxiety my whole life. Been taking meds for 35 years. Some only need it short term to get out of a bad way. I just wish more people would be open to getting help. Congrats on the baby!

Congratulations on finding something that helps you get back to a set point that feels right for you. When your chemistry goes wonky it only makes sense to try to chemically correct the problem. So glad you took charge of your life before the baby comes in 'like a wrecking ball' LOL.

People are not going to work when they are sick, it's the same thing for you the youtubers and it's normal.
