Cherry compote recipe:
Fresh cherries: 300g
Lemon zest: 1tsp
Lemon juice: 10g
Castor sugar: 47g
Salt: 1/8
Water: 55g
Method:
1. Deseed the cherries with the help of a nozzle by pushing it through the stem side.
2. In a heavy bottom saucepan freshly deseeded cherries, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, salt and water.
3. Cook it on low heat until sugar is dissolved and it thickens up a little.
