I played a bit of the match up, and ekko seems fine in it. I run HOB and start E, so I E1 the Sylas E2 and trade back level 1, and from level 2 you do the same, just adding q. It's annoying because you have to be passive with your E but it's more of a knowledge check IMO. Ekko E is also lower cd than sylas E early i believe...
