The reason why I prefer concrete to greenhouse system is that I can count losses and control eggs, with the greenhouse it's difficult to know the loses you make. You wouldn't know the exact amount of casualties no matter how attentive you are.

@@efoselasitv snail farming is very lucrative when done with passion and professionalism, those adopting the greenhouse method think they are making money. The truth is that they lose more than they make but they don't see it because accountability or snail track record is shady. Achatina achatina clutches from 100-500 eggs in a complete cycle, unfavourable conditions will make them clutch less. If you want to monitor it try putting them in a pen and put in the work needed and the results will blow your mind. A friend sold $10,000 worth of snails not long ago and demand is still coming,at a point in time he had to put off his phone because he couldn't meet the demand.
