Oh definitely I sleep really well now. I don’t have bad mental health which I did have so I’m not on any medication anymore. It was actually the marijuana that was making me feel paranoid anxious et cetera. The only thing I found hard is the nightmares where the THC is still in the brain, but that doesn’t last too long and you will sweat an awful lot, but within a year, I’m fully recovered❤ I would say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it was going to be❤
